About CREATING Christine
She didn't find the tools. She built them.
Creating Christine actually began with an apron. When my mom became an empty nester, she stopped cooking, so I began creating aprons for her. Those aprons sparked something in me and led me to create in ways I never imagined. Then one day, the name came to me: I am Creating Christine. Creativity has always been a part of who I am. My father, an artist himself, planted in me the seed of creativity that continues to grow through the work I do today. As an artist and educator, I believe in experiences that evoke the spirit, soul, and body and help us understand our true feelings. Through art, education, and wellness, my work is rooted in reflection, resilience, gratitude, and connection. My purpose is to engage, encourage, and inspire others while providing powerful tools to help them navigate their social and emotional experiences, grow in confidence, and see their own stories in new ways.
Creating Christine
The Name:
The Artist & Creator Creativity was planted in me by my father, an artist himself. Today, I create with purpose, using art as a way to explore, reflect, and tell our stories. All About the Artist I have always been inspired by trees, their strength, their beauty and the way they mirror our human journey. My love for trees began with my father, an artist himself, who often painted scenes of water and trees. Watching his passion taught me to see trees not just as part of nature, but as works of art that tell stories. He planted in me the seed of creativity that has grown into the work you see today. For me, trees are also a reflection of God’s design. Even in the darkness of winter, when branches are bare, I see hope in the promise of new buds that bring life in the spring. When the wind blows, trees may sway, but they rarely fall; their deep roots hold them steady. To me, that resilience is a prayer in itself, a constant praise to God through every season and storm. Their branches, stretched wide toward the sky, remind me to lift my own arms in worship and gratitude. Each tree in my collection carries that same spirit. Whether it represents knowledge, goodness, struggle, or renewal, it is rooted in my fascination with the richness and depth of life. My process blends traditional paint with natural textures and unconventional materials cloth, gems, and even glue to bring each tree to life in unexpected ways. When viewers look at my work, I hope they feel invited to pause, reflect, and see their own stories in the branches and roots. Like trees, art becomes stronger and more meaningful when it connects us reaching upward, outward, and always pointing back to the Creator.
The Educator & Wellness Advocate
The G.A.M.E. Plan The Educator & Wellness Advocate My work as an educator led me to create The G.A.M.E. Plan, using Gratitude, Affirmations, Meditation, and Exercise as tools for social-emotional growth.
OUR GOAL
Our goal is to bring The G.A.M.E. Plan to school districts and communities, eventually making Gratitude, Affirmations, Meditation, and Exercise/Yoga an integral part of the educational system.
OUR MISSION
The G.A.M.E. Plan’s mission is to serve thousands of students through school- and community-based programs, offering continuing education to allied professionals including counselors, social workers, classroom teachers, and therapists. The plan is to engage, encourage, and inspire students while offering powerful tools that help them navigate their social and emotional experiences.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to get all students to implement the 20-minute G.A.M.E. Plan into their lives. Gratitude, Affirmations, Meditation, and Exercise each have a lot to offer in their respective forms. These practices can help you get stronger and more capable of managing emotions and anxiety and learn how to navigate challenging situations with peace, security, and confidence. One of the most important things these practices can help with is the ability to connect with your body emotionally and mentally. When you are connected to your own experiences, you can make better-informed choices about how to care for yourself and how to respond to the world around you.
About The Founder
Kimberly Christine Reeves, founder of The G.A.M.E. Plan Experience, is a rising voice in the area of social-emotional learning. Kim provides one-of-a-kind experiences and exercises that evoke the spirit, soul, and body. Therapeutic and mental health education is one way she envisions helping others understand their true feelings. She believes that dealing with one’s feelings and staying in a grateful attitude helps affirm who we are. This, in turn, helps us think in a more positive light, producing a more positive person.
